Author Visits

Kirrily

Australian children's picture book author Kirrily Lowe is available to visit schools and preschools to talk to children about the journey of becoming a published author, where the idea of The Invisible Tree came from and how the books were created. She is also available to do readings of the books.

Craft activities can also form part of this visit. Coloring in pages of The Invisible Tree, and Invisible Tree fruit cut-outs can be downloaded as resources for author visits.

School Visit

“Kirrily was wonderful with the students. She talked to them about how she came up with the idea of The Invisible Tree, why she thinks it’s important to be teaching children about the character traits God has given us and how we can grow them and use them. She also read her stories to the children and signed copies for children who had pre ordered them.”

Library Visit

“The students loved hearing from a real author and were so excited to be taking home an autographed copy of Kirrily’s book. I had a lot of positive feedback from staff and parents on her visit and books also. One parent wrote ‘I just wanted to let you know how much my daughter enjoyed the 'Author Visit' today. She was able to tell me all about it and she loved reading the books to me this afternoon.’ The books are great and are a lovely addition to our family library.”
